Javaid Bhat one of the youngest industrialist from north part of  kashmir india migrated permanently to new delhi in 1988 due to political turmoil in kashmir valley. his passion for rugs and carpets grew in new delhi and became a true art lover. after serving twenty nine countries all over the world as a rug designer didn't stop him there. his final destination became soho historical architectural district of downtown mahhattan and founder of carpet culture. with its commitment to offering extradinary skills of rug restoration, quality rugs, custom designs and superb customer services made carpet culture known brand of the interior design and architectural community. in a relatively short period of time, carpet culture became a preferred choice among new york's most talented interior designer and architects. As a Designer javaid has spend most of those twenty years in manufacturing, creating new modern design using hand spun gazni wool from afganistan and purest tibetan wool using organic dyes.
