FREE SHIPPING
You will get free shipping on any product over $499. For products shipped from different warehouses, if the order value is $499 but individual product value is less than $499, you may not get free shipping. For any order eligible for Free Shipping, you will see the option during your checkout automatically.

TRIALS
You may try a product at your place for 10-15 minutes where a representative of Carpet Culture will be present. The trial is offered to see if the rug perfectly fits your space. If you want to purchase the rug after trial, a representative will issue you an invoice and you can pay online via Debit/Credit card. Once the payment goes through, only then the representative will leave the premises with a delivery confirmation signature from you. For online orders, there will be no Trial policy available. If you would like to get trial, you have to come in person to our SoHo gallery.

RETURNS
From December 1, 2018, all sales are final. No return or refund will be issued for any sold rugs.

EXCHANGE
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange any item, call us at 212-219-2315. In certain condition, with proper approval, Carpet Culture may offer an exchange credit on certain rugs. If that's the case, the returned product has to be in original condition while it was purchased. The new product has to be similar value or more. If the new exchange product's value is lower than the previous product, then the difference amount will be offered as a Store Credit or Store Gift Card. No amount (full or partial) will be refunded to the original payment method. Any rug pads purchased with the rug is final sale. No Exchange credit or refund will be issued for rug pads.

REFUNDS (only if the above section approves the return)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days. For some items, refund may not be approved, but you will get store credit.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 392 Broome Street, New York, NY, 10013, United States.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
